I am not liking this book so far...
Reading the first book felt like having a warm meal after a long day,
This however doesn't compare

The narrator's obsession with the lisbon sisters is chilling to ME. His observation of minute details such as peachfuzz on the upperlip of one of the sis, and other disturbing depictions that I'm unable to come to terms with... This book, especially written from a an adult man's POV about how teenage boys viewed these girls disgusts me to some extent. However, every book reviewer, I follow seems to love this book...

I didn't know what to expect diving, into this book, but WOW. I was definitely not prepared... And I'm not even halfway through

I should really stick to what i'm used to because, this is not my cup of tea at all!! 😵‍💫.
I truly feel for the characters and what they've been through but I cannot for the life of me connect with any of them...
And for some reason the author's writing style really gets on my nerves (no hate! just not my taste :/ )

Basically 90% of Josh and Jude's interactions were like

Josh: I bet you won't jump off a 100 feat cliff

Jules: Wtf?

Josh: Unless you're scared..

Jules: FUCKING JUMPS !

"Alex will be staying behind too"
Jule's words echoed in my head.
What was he doing? Eating babies and ruining lives probably
