So far, all of the Grimm brother’s fairy tales are a deep insight into what all of these fairytales were like before they were “disneyfied”, so to speak.

This is the second time that I am reading this book, one of my favourite Black British authors!!!!

chapter 1 has allowed me to read and look into the first impressions of Basil Hallward and Lord Henry Wotton, while linking the notes to this chapter.

the introduction and all of the notes at the beginning are very insightful and will help me to understand the novel better.
