Already like the writing style way more than The Silent Patient and Verity . It's humorous in an ironic way and with our protagonist overthinking, their point of view makes for a fun read!

Twisted..

The main character sounds like an obsessive teenager to be honest. The book seems to be written by one as well. After He Who Fights With Monsters, the magic system sounds so bland. I'm really disappointed about it. I feel like I would never find something as good as that series again despite my love for LitRPG 😭
