I’m already hooked..

It’s giving really strong Bridget Jones vibes. Delphie is Bridget, Jonah is Daniel, and the grumpy neighbor in the building is Mark Darcy.

I’m totally into the vibes. Let’s see if my prediction holds true 😝

First chapter in and I’m already getting a mix of Bridget Jones x The Good Place vibes, which if this keeps up I will be the happiest camper 🥰

Book hangover is official

All caught up for this week in my buddy reading group! It’s a super easy read. But so far 1/3 in and we’ve barely reached the scene from the cover and they *gasp* held pinkies.

somehow my mind drifted while listening and doing dishes and I almost skipped right past their first kiss.. it sounded like it was exciting for them, sadly it wasn’t for me 😬

Firstly, not vibing with the narrator 😬 but it’s manageable
Secondly, not vibing with the story so far, it’s fine?
Does it pick up later in the book??
Does the rest of the series get better??

Kinda bummed that 20% in and I’m not really invested yet
