Lia just told Cassie kind of in a rude way smth like I know you have mommy issues but everything it’s not about you. Even though she has to think a little bit more bout what’s happening with Sloane, Michael, etc., Lia can’t just tell her stop feeling bad, that’s smth she can’t do, she wasn’t raised in the same environment as her.
In my opinion maybe Lia should’ve been more considerated.

I'm 60% through the book just because I forced myself to read it, but it's all soo boring and I still haven't gotten to the supposed plot twist. I don't hate Kiva or Jaren, but they have no character development, so they’re boring me too.
PLEASE SOMEONE CONVINCE TO KEEP READING IT, I’VE ALREADY BOUGHT THE SECOND ONE OF THE SERIES 😭😭😭
