A character has just introduced themselves as only being claimed to be jailbait for street cred. No hello's, no names, no crack about the weather, just 'O hi I'm not really jailbait'.

Almost felt like he was talking to me, the reader, and not Grump-a-roo who was being subjected to the silly introduction. It smacked of 'o hi, the main chick that you WILL relate to is not an ephebophile, k cool-socks'
