What the literal heck is Lauren Roberts doing to me

I’m going to be honest and admit this book made me cry already. And I highlighted things already. And I’m not a big crier in books or a Cinderella retelling fan for the most part (with some exceptions) but this one…already has me attached and weepy
I don’t know what’s wrong with me

Not my typical book but got it for free on kindle so I’ve been binging this the past two hours

The way I’m flying through this book is unhealthy…but at the end up every chapter is another cliffhanger and I can’t stop reading!!! It’s a problem. I need sleep. But I can’t stop readinggggg 🤣😭

I wish I could say I was loving this, but I’m not. It’s not bad, and I think it’s mildly interesting, but for the most part I just really don’t care about the characters or plot so I would rather just finish and be done with this book

It’s like I’m reluctant to read cause I now doom is coming yet I can’t get enough 🫣

Pae is the only girl who cuts her hair in fantasy novels that I understand. This scene just breaks my heart but it makes sense. Poor Pae.

Rereading this book is realizing Lenny is actually a really nice guy that gets overshadowed lol
I still love Kai don’t get me wrong
