Note: The Cauldron is like the core to Earth. Without it all would cease to exist. The Cauldron's destruction is linked to the existence of Prythian. If the Cauldron, which holds all the magic of the world and is said to be the source of life, is destroyed, it would cause the world to cease to be. In other words, the Cauldron is not just a magical object, it is fundamentally connected to the world's reality.

Note: The part with Feyres father always makes me teary eyed, from when he showed up with the ships to when he passes… “He told me that he’s got three daughters who live here. And that he failed them for many years. But he would not fail them this time.”

Note: I like how Maas portrays the sisters. You sometimes hate each other and don’t want company at all but when death comes near you hold on tight.
