ALSO WAIT! This book is set in Hrafnsvik, Ljosland. Ljosland is a real place in Norway which has 22 residents, this book takes place in 1909 so idk how many people lived there then but ARE YOU TELLING ME THESE 20 PEOPLE HAVE THEIR OWN LANGUAGE? Am i missing something? What?🧍‍♀️
