Not too often do I find characters whose stream of consciousness matches mine. It's so unsettling when my thoughts are the following line. This discomfort is matched in the gruesome details of this bleak world our tragic characters reside. We die alone, in a lake, from disease, crossing the street, and the ones left behind feel guilty and burdened for their longing. And who can say what dreams are?

Found footage horror film framework usually follows montaneous life until the explosive finale. We realize those insignificant details were all foreshadowing the shocking conclusion.9 chapters deep, and the comparison is true only in that I find myself bored,and yet the lingering will persists What happened here?How'd she die?

PS The person who wrote, "Misdommar meets Blair Witch" never saw Grave Encounters 1 or 2.

Not my usual read,but I'm hooked. Sadie and Sam have an unusual bonding experience that's all too familiar. The Nintendo at a hospital waiting room. How many hours have I played Star Fox 64 waiting for something to happen? Where i met the soon forgotten aquatance, they bonded and blossomed. A real will they won't they so far.
Also, will this structure permeate the following chapters? Not sure how I feel about it yet

That's two hours I'll never get back is one of my favorite reviews of a movie. You'll never get your two hours back;you can't horde your hourses.

That being said the film Halloween Ends is a mess. Not many gory delights or an intriguing story to string the violent dance together.

The novelization - so far - is incredible. I can't wait to measure the difference but this is book is delivering what the film couldn't

The opening was so good and I'm still waiting to get back to it. This ghastly story told at the turn of the century women's school by the sea is traded for contemporary Hollywood anxiety. This whiplash from east to west coast, horror and grief to a will they won't they flow chapter to chapter like molasses in December. This juxtaposition is puzzling. The one thing connecting these timelines are its sapphic charcters.

I'm hooked like a fish yet being pulled down. Every page I descend deeper into the abyss. Just what exactly are the nice man and the hissing lady?!?!?!
