This book is much more detailed than I expected it to be, so far only 100 pages in the world building has been fantastic, the character building is a bit slow but you can tell it is on purpose, keeping me excited to learn more about the characters :)

Starting to relate to Patroclus a little too much….. anyways page 224 of the paperback was just so beautiful I had to take a second to like chill wow.

So much foreshadowing for how these characters are about to change and age and it makes me so sad, just let the children be happy

Wow, finally got around to reading a bunch today, I see where it is going and I’ll probably finish tomorrow or the next day but I know it will wreck me. I have a prediction about how the ending might go about but I guess we will find out. Anyways Madeline Miller and her prose sheeeeeesh
