so idk if you actually have to read these books in order bc i honestly thought these were stand alones, BUT im reading it anyway and already kicking my feet 4 chapters in

i fear i may need to go to b&n and find the novella bc i already have the second book and i am too invested in what’s going on

this book already got me big confused like what is happening

trying to figure out why i keep buying elle kennedy books bc i get bored so easily

still refuse to dnf a book so i will decide to suffer through the rest of it at a later date

i needed to shit to hit the fan….AND SHIT IS STARTING TO HIT THE FAN

it’s giving house of flame and shadow….highly anticipated but now that im actually reading it, it’s kind of boring and everyone is telling me to wait until the end

it don’t want to not love this book🥲🫠

i really wanna start getting into the meat of this book BUT also wanna take my time bc i don’t want it to be over

had to pry this book out of my own hands so i would go to bed….wishing i worked monday instead of tomorrow so i could be off to finish the book (too late now)

i said i wasn’t gonna start this until this weekend but i couldn’t resist

ok this book is picking up some speed now so we’re getting somewhere

soooo i think i am going into a reading slump (which is poor timing for onyx storm), but i cant really focus of the books i have already started

so many things have happened already🙈🙈

two things:

1. i refused to read this book until i had the hard cover
2. here we go again w/ me having no self control and reading more than one book at once

not even 200 pages into the book and she has already slept with 2 different guys….like are you trying to figure out who killed your brother orrrrrrrrrrr
