enjoying the characters...interested WHERE its leading to. Unfortunately I have not had the Leisuretime to "wallow-in-masses of text" with running my home and life, health, family, etc,etc,.... I hope others are enjoying it too, but as yet have NOT had the leisure to read their reviews...a MUST for me...IT WILL BE DONE!!!!

..a lot happening to a lot of people in various circumstances
...just like in Real Life; and it makes for Tension,waiting for something to happen....not relaxing and NOT boring...just what a Good Book should be offering.

Last year I picked up a clutch of slim European novels at the local second -hand store mainly by writers unknown but modern.
I love the flow of this one...can't put it down.

Having read Thornton Wilder's "The Bridge of San Luis Rey" at least FIVE times and having been amazed how much a small book can contain and be misunderstood,
I decided , while in a local Second -Hand Book store to BROADEN my vistas.
Browsing for Wilder's "The Ides of March",
I found two novels I'd never heard of: "The Cabala" set in early 1920's Rome and "Heaven's My Destination".
I'm halfway through the latter.

Meanwhile youth and health and passion and promise.
