this book is actually SO boring, I genuinely cannot remember why I gave this 4 stars.

the second book came out not that long ago and I don't remember A THING about the first one, so here we go again

lowkey me estoy saltando todas las escenas que pueda de Dorian y Celaena. no tienen química y son muy aburridos cuando están juntos.

Tres cosas:
1. El libro por fin se está poniendo bueno y me encanta Celaena.
2. Chaol por el momento me encanta demasiado.
3. CELAENA Y DORIAN NO TIENEN PARA NADA QUÍMICA NI TENSIÓN, quiero saltarme las partes en las que se ponen a hablar porque siempre me aburren🥱

por fin va a empezar el torneo

Celaena es la protagonista más cool que he leído en mucho tiempo

por fin se besaron😭 Y FUE PERFECTO TODO

the beginning has been really REALLY slow, but I'm liking the story

I love them so much😭

the 1st half was sooooo good, I liked all the characters and the story was great.
everything went downhill in the second part when the main characters got together, normally this would be the most exciting moment but for me it ruined the book, so much building for NOTHING.
I have so many books waiting for me, so I rather waste not more time with this.

rereading cause I miss Damen and Laurent a lot

Ok, I'm done. DNF to this book AGAIN. won't try to read this and put myself in torture any longer. Everything about this feel so insta that it gets to the point of being annoying.
Clearly, the author tried to put every single trope in this book and unfortunately, it doesn't work.

This book is BAD, would never recommend it to anyone.

the first time i tried to read this book i was in a huge reading slump and ended up hating everything about the book and the characters. right now i'm in a completely different mood and while i was checking my dnf list i saw this book and remembered how excited i was to started it back then. so, i won't give up and gonna give this another try, hoping this time i can genuinely enjoy it. here we goooo
