I think, this is my favourite book of the series so far, inspite of Damon being the one I liked the least, I mean I hated him.
But this book.... AAAHH the tension, the scenes from the past, I didn't know he could be that gentle.

I truly am feeling so sorry for damon's childhood. Like I think I may understand why he does what he does (not that I agree with it), but like, he could've end up soooo much worse.

I don't know what to expect yet.

I mean... It's kind of getting better.

I'm kind of liking the book. But what the hell is the matter with damon. I don't know if I want to read his book next, I really don't like him.

I don't know how to feel about these characters, they are all disturving. But I like more the story from the past, than the one from the present. (people told me that I would like damon more, but I just hate him)

I love them both so much. I've really realy missed them.

I wanted to do a reread so bad!!!!

Oh!! this took a turn, I am actually very invested in how the hell this is going to end. Hope it doesn't end on a cliffhanger, because I am not in the mood for that, and book 2 is not even published yet.

Maybe it's just me and It isn't the best time of my life to read this book... but I feel zero connection with Saeris and Kingfisher, like... I want Carrion to be in every chapter, he is one of the main reasons to keep reading.
