Ah, these books are heaven. Pure and simple.
When I took a break after the astonishing second entry “Quarry’s List” and read two novels in between, I thought I may have hit a reading slump. I had a tough time getting to the end of “First Blood” and after that I did my usual debate of what to read next, then I thought, “what’s Quarry up to?”
Problem solved, read the first 7 chapters in a sitting.
