Anyone that doesn’t feel drawn by Lewis at his best is being dishonest with himself. At the same time something always doesn’t sit right with me, and I’m not sure what it is. Maybe he’s just too antiquarian. Nevertheless the Space Trilogy is certainly worthwhile.
