I read this for AP Lit in high school and I really didn't like it at the time. In the years since I've heard nothing but praise for aspects that I didn't really appreciate or even necessarily notice back then, so it felt like a good candidate for reappraisal. If there's one thing I love more than being a hater, it's being a humbled hater.
