as is the rule, good things come in small packages! this little book is a great find for anyone who's into the obscure & absurd (comme moi).

great so far, although i learned that reading about someone eating 130 chicken wings in 28 min can make me queasy. esp. on a moving train.

still kinda obsessed. as one of the characters in the book wrote, "plot held me from start to finish!"

i'm surprisingly getting sort of obsessed with this book. it's totally fascinating, but i don't have enough space here to explain why!!

i must have been feeling hormonal because i started crying after just the first few pages. twas not a good choice for subway reading.

i've been totally engrossed in this book! sometimes the sexual bits surprise & unnerve me, but miranda july's writing is charming & honest.

i'm so excited to finally read this...very promising so far.

pretty good so far. i'm generally a fan of feminist anthologies, and i like the diversity of perspectives included in this collection.
