Fun and enjoyable read after seeing The Witcher on Netflix. Explains some things that the show doesn't. There are a couple of the short stories that didn't make it into season one of the show, so bonus. Interesting to see what things they changed for the show. The bard's name Jaskier in the show (means buttercup) is the same as the Polish language books, the English translation uses Dandilion (DAN-dil-yun) instead.

at 30% it got really interesting.

The first story is alternately interesting and dull. Slogged through, not sure it was worth it.
