One of the better autobiographies I’ve had the pleasure of soaking up. Bourdain writes with some of the same bite and cutting commentary that’s reminiscent of Hunter Thompson. KC is fast, honest, and takes me right back to my days in the back-of-house life. Obviously a prerequisite for anyone going into the kitchen industry, as well as motivation to follow your skills and passion.
