I just realized that my childhood is expiring sooner than I thought...

The memories are flooding back...

Running on caffeine and pure insanity

There's blood on the floor
Corpses hidden behind the door
Calming down while counting to four
But you realize you are sane no more

It's almost been a year since my brother, Fang, died....





Yet it feels like just yesterday I got the news that he was gone....

Broken head
feeling dead
battered, confused
Lost and used

Walkin blind

with no control

My emotions were on display
for others to portray
then they left me astray
in pain and disarray

Today is National day of Silence, a GLSEN's annual day of action to spread awareness about the effects of the bullying and harassment of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) students. This is allowing people to disconnect to reconnect. I am participating as I will be silent the whole day, and maybe you can too.
