I suck at updating - lots of imagery and over-explanation but the concept is so interesting and the highs are SOOO high that I can’t even complain. descriptive author but sometimes it feels too long. excited to finish :)

this book is really good so far. miller’s writing style never gets old and the pacing has kept me glued to it. to my surprise there’s been a lot of hilarious dialogue even though circe’s cynical and undermined narration is the book’s focal point. love it so far very excited to keep reading 👍👍👍👍

first half was promising I’m starting to get bored

contemplating a DNF because oh my god this book is so boring. I tried to trudge through it but at this point there’s still 0 plot; I didn’t even realize jake went to spain because of how often I zoned out while reading
