Three 🔥 stories in a row. So far, maybe one or two that I wasnt really into. Woah! Reading is great! Great writers make the experience even better!

Ha! Wasn't super into this story "Breath" but still a free more to go!

This is my first time ever reading this author and so far, I am really enjoying the stories. Something about the way they are being told that's captivating to me.

Not sure what the purpose of this story was but I'm sure the two stories within are related.

Minus the first story... I honestly do not know what exactly these stories are about. They sound interesting but uncertain of the message or point of the stories? I'll keep reading.

I don't know what to make of these stories at the moment but nonetheless, they are interesting reads. So far, the first story is my favorite.

Not sure how to feel about that one, "The Era". It reminded me of a George Saunders story however I was not sure of what it means at the moment. It would appear as though people have moved into a space of playing God and creating humans in a certain way but one of the main characters is torn with existing the way they are or possibly seeing how the old way was better or at minimum, could work for him.

Hahahahahahaha! No comment on this one. Respect each other and speak up! That's all I can say!

I think I got a little lost in this story. I may have missed something early on. Seems like more than one person is talking or at least, jumping back and forth in time. Long story short, i still enjoyed the overall story. I feel bad for the young ladies getting "caught up" but what an ending. Kind of reminded me of a How To Get Away With Murder episode...mom and daughter confession time! Ha!

Another great story! I'm glad she was able to ...let go...if you will!

"Snowfall"... A beautiful story! It was a nice view into two people with their own baggage trying to figure out navigating in real time. As i continue to read, the cover art becomes more and more fitting.

I am thoroughly enjoying this book.

"Peach Cobbler" is an interesting story with an ending I didn't quite expect. Talk about having a strained relationship with your parent(s). That little girl deserves to be loved, appropriately, and right now. I felt for her. Those other moments when she was looking to be touched/loved.... That was tough. Good thing this is fiction but I'm sure someone can relate. Damn.
