currently re-reading Sharp Objects, a copy I bought and annotated when I was 18, now I’m 22 and the book is as good as I remember. something about experiencing dark stuff makes it comforting to read about even darker things

i expected more tbh :( somehow it seems too unrealistic to me, I wish the focus wasn’t so much on the modeling. I still have about 80 pages though
