The core mindset of an essentialist challenges the assumptions of 3 things:
1) Choice: I HAVE to do something -> I CHOOSE to do something
2) Noise: It’s all important -> Only a few things really matter (80/20)
3) Tradeoffs: I can BOTH -> I can do anything, but not everything
