I am so beyond obsessed with this book I completely forgot how incredible Ms. Miller is oh my goodness. My mom and I are FLYING on top of our other books.

THE TWIST GOT ME SO GOOD i wasn’t sure if it would be predictable or not but it fit so perfectly still chomping at the bit to figure out why she doesn’t remember and arden does. i’m so obsessed with him it’s not even funny

accidentally sat down and read 100 pages in one sitting i actually love this so much. it’s so unique compared to the other similar stories ive read and im OBSESSED with arden i need them together and to know what happened to start this whole thing. incredibly well written this could have been too much to chew but she is slaying

people were dnfing this all over insta and i got nervous but i’m really enjoying it so far, definitely slower than i anticipated but it’s very well written. i haven’t read ya in forever it’s been nice to be back

a little confused about the swap from their first interaction to draco deciding to go back to loathing her but i love the angst so im not complaining

the plot is THICKENING!! ugh i love her already i can not wait to see who she becomes. i don’t know if im not remembering it properly but there feels like a few more jokes in this books than song of achilles but i think ill have to do a reread to check

haymitch casually managing to enter sub a set off an explosive and then casually continue on his way is so iconic i’m obsessed with him and the goddamn line about little ones flocking to him let me die. also HE HAS THE ICONIC AXE

feeling physically ill i’m actually on the verge of tears every single page. i can’t handle this the ending is going to wreck me. knowing it takes them 25 more years to get it right 😭 let me pass away i love haymitch so much. only suzanne would have me in tears and then giggling a few sentences later a mastermind.

cried twice already it’s simply over for me. also need to make a character tree omg everyone’s connected. so emotional hearing haymitch’s thoughts omfg. “hey hay” 😭😭 also him calling katniss sweetheart let me melt into a puddle

started this on monday bc it’s for april book club!! but whoops satr came out tuesday so she’s back on the back burner

i really think thrillers just aren’t my genre like i genuinely can’t comprehend this book. wdym she killed someone without verifying it was who she thought it was WDYM. i feel like i know this is supposed to be good and i just don’t get it but i was intrigued enough to listen all day.

took this off my currently reading convinced i would wait for my trad edition to come in but then decided that it made more sense to finish the indie one since i’ve been nerd since the beginning and save my trad edition for a reread.
