Purpose & Audience: The audience for the book is for children. The age of the audience is about 12 years only in 8th grade. The purpose of the book is to entertain the audience with an adventure about the lost city of Atlanteans.

Characterization: The characters feel different throughout the story. Some of the times they feel tired when they cast big spells and some of the time they are sad when their friend's soul was taken away. The characters feel different throughout the story and express their feelings.

Point of View: The point of view is the first person. The character expresses what she goes through and different challenges. The character uses I lot which proves the first person view.

[Setting] The setting in my story takes place in a museum in Egypt. The author starts the story by saying How are we going to get a statue out of a museum in Egypt. This means that the main characters are at a museum in Egypt.

Conflict: The conflict is character vs. character and character vs. natural. In my story Nerds, the main characters fight a villain the controls squirrels. The villain hypnotise people and make them draw money out of their bank accounts.

Connections: Day of ice made lots of connections with me. The book reminds me of a time when I lost something and it was very frustrating. I lost my favorite toy when I was 4 and was really frustrated like when the main characters lost a rare orb.

Visualize: I can visualize the boat that they use as a hideout. The boat is flipped upside down in a marshy river. They use the inside as a room base where they make plans and other secret actvity.

Genre: The genre of the story is fiction. The story is about spies that fight a group called the Circle of 13. The spies are protecting the King of England. Robin and Friday are hired to protect a Countress and are attacked by the circle of 13 using air technology.

[Supporting Characters] The supporting character is Friday. Friday is a supporting character because she comes into the story sometimes. Robin is the main character who goes back to London with Friday. Friday was stuck on an island with Robin because a group of pirates wanted to take her prisoner.

The climax of the story is when the main character is forced not to use her special power because is really power. In t he stories people were rioting and calling her a cheater. People wanted to ban her from the race but she keeped going.

The main character is supported by Rovi. He supports the main character by making her believe in herself. Then the main character unlocks a rare skill.

Somethings I can visualize is when she runs along the double arches and passes by a group of kids. I can see her running in my mind. Kobe Bryant is a good describer.

I can connect with the main character when she thinks she is cursed when you do something bad on accident. also, she runs a lot which I do a lot. She also has a few close friends like me.

One personality trait of the character in my book is hard working. I know this because she keeps training no matter what and strives to be the greatest. Some examples of how they act, think, feel, speak is when she wanted to do more training after training.

The antagonist of my book is Nathan Coller. I know this because he tries to attack the main characters and steal their treasures. Some events that show who the antagonist is when the main characters attacks from underwater and have to fight off pirates.

The genre of my book is action. I know this because the main characters are lost at sea finding treasures in the ocean and are being hunted by pirates. Some things in my book that show it is action are when they are lost at sea a speed boat appears and the person in the boat has an Ak-47.

A kid named Rafe goes through middle school with bullies. A bully name miller makes him join the football team because they need a running back. Rafe who hasn't played football before scores the teams first touchdown VS. the arch rivals.

I predict that the soldiers are going to be stuck in the dark lands. I think this because they are late to a report from their scouting and they have to take a short cut through the dark lands. One of the soldiers think the place is haunted and think they shouldn't go through. That is why i think the soldiers are going to be stuck in the dark lands.

This book was written to entertain readers about a middle school kid named Rafe. This books goes through his life moving to the city. The reader of this book is for 7th graders - and below. This book is good for people who are recently going into middle school or like a funny story. I think this book was very entertaining.

When he reads it he decides to break every single rule in the book. A kid named Miller bullies him throughout the school year.
