A great follow-up after McKinsey Way but a different take - it shows you how to apply the skills learned to career outside McKinsey. I think the authors do a good job trying to make the McK ways applicable and relevant as much as possible to the outside world, the world outside the "firm." Though somewhat repetitive, this book should be treated more like a lesson so repetition is fine.
