Nicholas Cato is on page 58 of 216 of Positive School Leadership: Building Capacity and Strengthening Relationships
This book is unenjoyable to muddle through, as it is largely a survey of the literature on leadership models. As a consequence, nearly every sentence includes a parenthetical citation, and the authors repeat constantly their research methodology. School leaders would be better served by reading Ethical Leadership in Schools (Strike).

Nicholas Cato is on page 104 of 286 of Why School Communication Matters: Strategies From PR Professionals
As someone who teaches undergraduate mass communications classes, this PR book for school leaders is exactly what I expected: a practical and applicable set of strategies for bridging the gap between school administrators and community stakeholders.

Have Read: Part One—Relationships and Part Two—The Framework
Yet to Read: Part Three—The Special Interests, Part Four—The Crisis, and Part Five—The Toolbox

"A Man Who was Ove and A Man Who was Rune"

The abstractness of something as concrete as a car is something that has always struck me. Particularly in American culture, cars are part of our value system; they speak volumes about the lives and statuses of those who drive them. I knew that the list of cars strung throughout the novel would become meaningful. This chapter did not disappoint. Excellent writing!

The first story has impressed me. Klay's style is definitely on par with O'Brien.

"My Father's Brain" was a beautiful opening essay. I have high expectations for the remaining pieces.

Chapter 6 is awesome: We work to convince ourselves that "reality is not an empty vessel."
