A good, punchy, read so far. After reading 500/600/700 page epics recently it's refreshing to encounter a book that cuts to the chase (in this case Rama) within a handful of pages.

I can't hack it, this book is boring boring boring. I loved 'existence' by David Brin, but everything else I've read by him (sundiver, and startide rising) has been a real chore. I simply can't be bothered to continue with this book.
