I was gifted a digital review copy of this book by the author Briar Boleyn and publisher Victory Editing NetGalley Co-Op via NetGalley.

I just started reading it last night and I’m really enjoying it so far! I’m 12% in, and already invested in this reimagining of the Arthurian characters and the addition of Fae to the world of Camelot. I’m a strong YES to traditionally male characters cast as women instead.

I couldn’t get to sleep last night (got used to sleeping in over the 4-day holiday weekend!) so I started this book in earnest. I’m 14% in and already enjoying Armentrout’s writing so much more in this book. I haven’t experienced anything that has pulled me out of the story yet, which has allowed me to settle in and enjoy things. High hopes!
