i didn't mind the starless saint one, but i wish this was included in king of scars and this tale was more about how aleksander created the fold and zoya's promise to make him a saint. missed opportunity there.

i thought alina's section would be how she destroyed the fold. is the widow meant to be alina? i'm not sure how i feel about this section, but the painting is beautiful
