Finished - If It Bleeds, Holly Gibney is a great character. Great little story following on from The Outsider and a really enjoyable story. Hope there's many more to come. Looking forward to reading Holly next year

Wasn't convinced the three stories that made up The Life of Chuck (the second short story in this collection) made much sense, certainly didn't flow for me despite the interesting gimmick of being told backwards but I look forward to the movie.
On to the main attraction now - If It Bleeds (It Leads) - with Holly Gibney from the Mr Mercedes series and Outsider books. Hopefully read King's new book on her in the NY.

Just finished the first short story Mr Hannigan's Phone about a guy calling a dead man's phone which was good and heart-warming and also just slightly creepy. About to start the second story - The Life of Chuck, which I've literally just read on FB is going to be a movie starring Tom Hiddlestone and directed by the great King adaptor Mike Flanagan who did Dr Sleep and Gerald's Game. Looking forward to them both.

Reading this with my son, very interesting take on the story so far. About halfway through. Hopefully finish it tomorrow
