Here we go, last book in the Agent Cormac series. I expect this will be the definition of epic.

I wager I’ll be finishing this at some point this week. What an epic conclusion, battle after battle, bitter enemies meeting, so much good stuff to finish this series.

That stinkin’ weasel… keeps getting out of certain death… no truth or courage in him… mo’ like fear and cowardice… man, some of the closures of numerous character arcs have been a little predictable so far but this one came out of nowhere. Was not expecting THAT…

Now that was a chapter I didn’t realized I needed! This book has started off very slow after that Prologue so the revelations here in Chapter 12 were timely.

The last half of this book has been quite thrilling. Should be finishing it up in the next day or two.

Legit got chills in that chapter after a long awaited meeting between two characters that I hoped would happen.

Halfway done now. The pace slowed a bit after a fast start as Gwynne has been setting up what assuredly will be an epic second half and conclusion to the series. Truth and Courage!
