Here we go! Beyond excited to read the conclusion to this series a year and a half in the making! Definitely don’t regret having started.

End of Part One. Solid start to the book with some good action already. Quaintrell loves to zag when everyone else zigs.

Finished Interludes, love every Szeth scene. Also, the Navani/Dalinar ship is wonderfully done. Sanderson at his best here with a romantic arc. People who say his characters are flat or formulaic are wrong… and stupid…

End of Part Three. I forget how much of a fantastic cliffhanger that section has with Kaladin and Shallan. I’m digging this re-read so much and picking up on names I forgot were even mentioned this far back that I know now.

Here we go! I hear this series is broken into 3 trilogies so this is the final book of the first arc. That means I can expect much death, some sort of closure, and likely heartbreak. I’m curious to see how Quaintrell wraps this first arc up.
