OH MY GOD! "The foolish young man has sought Sanctuary." Those of you who have read this book should know exactly where I am by that line. And so I say again: OH MY GOD! Goosebumps.

Life is making it hard to concentrate right now but I'm not giving up on this book. I usually read on the bus, but the current need to avoid enclosed spaces with strangers precludes me from continuing to do so for the time being. Which means it'll take me about 3 months to finish this book.

Now this is the Dorothy Dunnett I know and love. Enough talk to make you hoarse and nary a tedious expository in sight.
