Moral of the story…don’t do drugs.

It’s quite an enigma. The politics of all the conversations between the several characters are almost overwhelming.

It’s an interesting paradigm shift to understand the context in which conversation occurs.

The narrator is what is catching me on this one. The stream of consciousness style works really well for the book. It’s just cerebral enough to keep your attention while simultaneously relishing in the mundane. It also helps if you’ve read A Wrinkle in Time. The references abound.

Really good so far. I’ve learned a lot about Joseph’s humanity.

A little dry. I’ve been waiting for it to get funny, but it hasn’t yet.
