I was not expecting this book to be part mystery, part love letter to Philly and I’m loving every page of it!

Just when I was about to DNF the twist I thought I’d predicted a mile away turned out to be twistier than I imagined. Here’s hoping Greene keeps up the momentum for the rest of the book🤞🤞🤞

Just a suggestion for an updated title: Then She Was Gone (And EVERYONE Needs To See A Damn Therapist) because WHAT is happening with the Mack family😭😭😭 I’m having a (slightly unhinged) blast and am sad that this book is coming to an end.

Every single one of these characters has more than their fair share of audacity and I’m loving every unhinged second of it 😆

Most of my favorite characters are in desperate need of therapy and Laurel is gearing up to be a phenomenal addition to that (already VERY long) list.
