Haven’t even read the first chapter and already feel like I’m not going to finish it. Lots of sexism and testosterone already. Written in ‘98 which explains some of it, maybe there’s an argument that Simon writes like this to expose the type of people police are - although it doesn’t read like that yet.

SO COOL so far, lots of interesting humanising sides to the stats provided, normalises errors in medicine and the need for speaking about these things openly within the medical community.
