would read more or even finish the book but since i stayed up reading the traveling cat chronicles i am tired and am clocking out 🫠 proud of myself for reading a book, finishing a book i paused on, and reading half of this book in one day tho! and so far im liking this book so yippee

The second chapter of the book has such a simple meaning behind every line that frustrates you that it isn’t a thought process if your own. A motivating piece that polishes the essence of how “one day” becomes “tomorrow”. The symbiosis of what matters, what you want and what you need is an endless source.

Young woman working in a department store feels stuck ……… mmmmmmm right seems familiar to me, can’t explain why though.

This might be the cutest book I’ve ever read 🥺

When starting this book I was worried it would lose my interest but watching the main character realize that small changes can make the biggest difference in our lives and shape us for the better. I loved how her point of view went from “everything is terrible” to “I’m just not viewing the positives, let’s change that”. Definitely a inspirational mood booster

Started reading this as an ebook and I'm enjoying it so far!

I feel bad for the kid rather than the mother. While I understand her struggle and frustrations because her career did not go the way she planned it to be (even after working hard on it), I still can’t believe she almost ignored the daycare’s call when her child has a fever (a slight fever is still a fever!!) because she want’s to attend a meeting(?).

So heartwarming that I started tearing up on the plane.

Estou a gostar bastante! Acho que é daqueles livros que se lê na altura certa.

A segunda história termina com a seguinte frase: "A ovelha gravada na colher começou a correr dentro de mim."

Para quem não leu a história, a frase não tem grande sentido, sendo até um pouco absurda. No entanto, estando dentro do contexto, é uma frase particularmente bonita.
