Up to ch41. Things are moving on in some ways, but her life seems so limited.

Up to ch35. Are we really meant to believe her brother turned into a chair? Too weird.

Up to ch20. Weirdest presentation ever. The family all seem rather lost in the way they interact.

Up to ch10. Not stated, but Rose’s brother seems to exhibit signs of autism. Family seem exhausted.

Up to ch7. Rolling along -everyone is convinced it’s a sign of her emotions. Slightly slow.

Up to ch3. An unusual experience, and the girl’s frustration at not being able to articulate her feelings is evident.

This book feels like on stretched extended metaphor.

No, it’s not ok that your mom is cheating...

The premise of this book really intrigued me. But until rose met the new girl, they didn’t really focus much on how her strange power affects her life. Just that she had it and to be honest, seemed to be focusing on EVERYONE ELSES lives. Not rose’s. I don’t really understand why that is. Or how a book could be published that actually seems to focus on everyone BUT the main character.

I went from "I don't know if like this"...to "I'm either going to love this, or hate it"...to "I think I really like it"...and now with less than 50 pages to go, I really still have no idea how I feel about it. But, I am dying to see how it all ends and wraps up, so that's something. We'll see!

Seriously why aren't there quotation marks in this book?!

I am enjoying this one more and more the further I get into it. Didn't think I'd like it at first, but I'm glad I stuck with it!
