Tool1: Pros & Cons
Step1: List all options
2: List ProsCons of each options
3: Weigh each of +ve & -ve points u listed
4: Select most attractive option based on weightage done in step3 (probably choosing one with more +ves)

Step 3: Form a hypothesis about how to close the gap & achieve the goal.
3a- List as many ideas as possible
3b- Select the best ideas as the hypothesis

Step4: Check the hypothesis:
Go to Step3 if hypothesis is disapproved
4a- Determine the analyses & info required to test hypothesis
4b- Analyse & Develop action plan

Impact = plan effectiveness X quality of execution

step1: Set a clear goal
Step2: Determine the gap between the goal & current situation

2b. Prioritize actions

Use Matrix to prioritize.(e.g. Impact vs Ease of implementation)

Ask for help whenver possible whatever you find hard. Everyone has some strengths. utilize it.

This chap we'll use a similar process that doctors use to treat their patients.

Approach to find/develop effective solutions
Step1: Diagnose the situatn & identify root cause of problem
1a- List all potential root causes of problem
1b- Develop a hypothesis for the likely root cause
1c- Determine the analyses & informatn required to test the hypothesis.
1d- Identify the root cause

A 4 step process
1 Understand current situatn
2 Identify root cause of problem
3 Develop an effective action plan
4 Execute & modify until the problem is solved

Even if problem is big & complicated, learn to break it down into smaller, manageable problems that u're able to solve.
