3b- Select the best ideas as the hypothesis

Step4: Check the hypothesis:
Go to Step3 if hypothesis is disapproved
4a- Determine the analyses & info required to test hypothesis
4b- Analyse & Develop action plan

Impact = plan effectiveness X quality of execution

1 Understand current situatn
2 Identify root cause of problem
3 Develop an effective action plan
4 Execute & modify until the problem is solved

Even if problem is big & complicated, learn to break it down into smaller, manageable problems that u're able to solve.

One of tools to do this is using: LOGIC TREE
