Premise of the book: he needs a wife to win over his conservative constituents in Kansas. I didn’t need to use my political science degree to figure out the real reason he’s not going to win the election: he’s running as a libertarian. Third parties never win in this two party system

I think this is the first book I have read that is set in Kansas. I love it!

Easy read. Very predictable, but that’s the kind of book I need right now.

I love this one! Leah Brunner can’t write a book I won’t looooove!! The growth was done so well and the pacing was great! I loved watching them fall in love. So many emotions felt while reading this one.

Love how they handle conflict and all the fun things they do for his campaign.

Seriously don’t think there was a single time that “Odette and I” correctly! Seriously, “I” is the object and “me” is the subject!!!!! Oh, and the only time to use “myself” is when I’ve done something or given something to myself. No one else can give anything or do anything to myself.

Add “myself” to the list of grammar annoyances.

I’m 25% in and so annoyed by grammar issues!!! Authors (and more importantly copy editors) need to know when to use “I” and “me”.
