I won’t spoil the book by adding quotes, but this book has really opened my eyes to some varying concepts that I would love to further broaden. Even the facts sprinkled throughout the novel and the witty humor that the author has graciously included is so compelling to me. Some of these facts have truly blown my mind and made me see the world in a different way

The first part of the book was really hard to learn and understand, now it’s finally readable with the concepts understood and practical portion about how you can use what modern neuroscience has discovered about the brain. thank goodness, I was about to give up.
