An interesting look at influencers and everything I hate about them however the “thriller and mystery” part of it was sloppy. I didn’t particularly like any of the characters or feel sorry for any of them. Even Polly was unlikeable. Quick Sunday read in about 2 hours.

Okay—this just took a real nose-dive from silly to absurd.

So many unlikeable characters! This book is fascinating.

This is so cringe, but in a good way. I think.

3.75 stars - it took a little bit for the thriller/mystery aspect to arrive, but I really enjoyed it. Just shy of 4 stars.

Major content warning for infertility, abortion, miscarriage, death & harm of a child/baby.

Didn’t finish. I’m at 47% and the only thing that’s been talked about is 2 parents who think their jobs are so difficult and some random person talking about harm to them. I have zero desire to continue reading.

I am not feeling it, trying to juggle the two different narratives of the same story (kinda).

Not loving it. I’m giving up on it. Life’s too short

So far reading like a solid 3.5. It's compelling enough, but I think if I wasn't a mom myself I'd be bored to tears.

This book appeals to the part of me who has always wanted to listen to the Under The Influence podcast and devours Anne Helen's newsletter. Want more mindfuck though
