Reminds me of The Personal MBA.

It reminds me of the book; The personal MBA, in terms of concepts and topics.

Still in the introduction phase. Very few good points, but they’ll get there.

Chapter 1 Define
*Mostly deal with the need for Entrepreneural team in big companies, Intuit was an example.
* Assert that big companies have shorter time to capitalize on their size to spun out new product. (Good news for new startup??)
* Management needs to implement short cycle testing systems to promote innovation within the organization.
***My bigger question right now is how to create autonomous divisions.

I’m now listening to it as an audiobook hoping to get through it while working

Lean startup methodology discover and eliminate sources of waste. Progress is measured in unit called "Validated Learning"

The facts about how a startup can move based on MVPs and other related stuffs are good ideas behind how these kind of companies are distinct from the rest.

Easy to read and learn what works for a startup.
