Excellent biography! It gives so much information of the age while telling Georgiana’s story and reads almost like a novel. Fascinating read.

Diving in and loving it so far. The Duke is so attentive to his bride to be: faints at a party from heat and wearing a corset so he pretty much says "oh" from across the room then does nothing! Money spent on wedding clothes and such: 1,486 pounds = $229, 224.27 in today's money. :0
