The emails from Simon vs were one of the highlight of the books for me and I think Albertalli’s really good at writing them. I haven’t (need to) read the upside of unrequited so I don’t know if it’s mentioned but

I’m interested to see if the whole I miss you I miss you thing gets old. I thought I might get a little bored of the emails but it’s all so CUTE and SAD and real and I’m caught between laughing and smiling through tears. I really really love this squad
